Went for some ice cream with my son. Everyone was nice except this one girl who served us. She asked if he wanted anything mixed my son said no then changed his mind and said “Can I have sprinkles please?” The girl rolled her eyes and sighed. Then she slammed his cup on the counter. I didn’t appreciate her attitude. I understand as a human being we all have bad days, but as a person myself who works in customer service I have never take it out on a customer let alone a child.

Terrible customer service. Went in 30 minutes before close, yes I get it you want to close faster but I didn't need to hear constant complaints about how they're not gonna get out early . Also my husband lost his phone and I called them 5 minutes after they closed but it took like 5 times for them to answer? Sorry y'all closed but I know you're right next to the phone. I'd like to note that this isn't a constant issue, but having a lot of young teenagers working there, they need to be tought constant and good customer service. But hell yeah for the silk almondmilk ice cream.

The service was delightful, as the young lady helping answered all my questions - As I do not eat ice-cream often. Even so far as to ask her what "her" favorites were. I did not however care for the shake I received. It was supposed to have a cake-batter or cake flavor. The shake tasted nothing pure of 100% vanilla and no cake-batter flavor(s) (which isn't bad) but not all that was ordered.

This is such a stupid thing that your store off of Collins Road, here in Cedar Rapids just did. My wife went in to BUY 20 gift cards as part of gift bags for some event at our church. Well, your staff flat out refused to sell more than 10 gift cards to us, at one time. VERY STUPID, you just lost a bunch of money on that transaction. So, Chick-fil-a will get our business. Guess what, they were more than happy to sale us the gift cards. In fact, we were able to purchse them at a super discount. Sorry, you missed out on this sale and possibly many more in the future. Church members and friends will pass the word about this for sure.

Was told the chocolate was "too cold" and the girls couldn't scoop it so made my fudge shake with vanilla ice-cream and a bunch of chocolate syrup. It did not taste good at all. Last time we went to coldstone they had only about 5 types left. We went about 1.5 hrs before they were supposed to close

Rough experience. Cleanliness is an overall issue. Service left a lot to be desired. The entrance door quite literally completely broke as we opened it to come in. This caused quite the flurry of activity and a general inability of the employees to handle the situation besides them proclaiming they told their boss about it. I was able to get the door closed, but they jacked with it until it wouldn’t close anymore so they could send pictures. I share this story which is too much info, but there were layers to this poor experience. Do better Cold Stone and franchise owners. First time back in years, won’t be back.

The speed at which they serve ice cream here is amazing! It's not your typical ice cream shop where they just hand you a scoop. They actually take their time to mix in the ingredients and toppings, but they do it incredibly quickly!
