Subway offers a great experience with fresh products and outstanding service. Allison provided a 10/10 experience, recommending delicious sauces and veggies. On the downside, a customer received the wrong sandwich and had issues with the management. However, Mya's exceptional customer service shone through, quickly preparing a fresh and accurate order for pick-up. Despite some inconsistencies, Subway seems to excel in customer service and fresh products.
