Was at the Cedar Rapids location and I honestly wasn't a fan of my food. The service manager was AMAZING and noticed that I didn't really eat my food and kindly credited my meal off our ticket.
I think this is called the red Royal Robin plus the coconut dirty Coke 10 stars 10 stars for the service. My server started when I walked in and he was the only one on staff, which was really impressive. He was very attentive kept refilling and asking me if I want refills and were very friendly. The place is also very clean.
Craig took care of my family and I tonight. Did a great job and was super nice!

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews offers a mix of experiences. Many appreciate the delicious food served hot, especially the amazing burgers and great gluten-free buns. Their sweet potato fries are also gluten-free. However, some find the prices a bit high for families. Service quality varies, with customers praising the excellent service from staff like Nick, who was understanding and respectful, while others have experienced mix-ups in orders. The hostess is also noted for being sweet. Despite some ups and downs, the restaurant remains family-friendly and has a detailed allergen menu for those with dietary restrictions. The parking situation might require a bit of walking due to shared lots, and while the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, getting to the bathroom can be challenging. Overall, the restaurant could benefit from additional staff training.
