We were at Emil's last night. Our waitress was Maddy and she was attentive and helpful. We ordered the Thai Peanut Butter sandwich with fries. Both meals were superb. Maddy told us about a snicker White Russian coming to their winter menu. The restaurant is quaint. We will be back!!
Oh my Lanta! My girlfriend and I happened across this literal hideaway in October 2023 and we both agree it's an amazing establishment. I personally rate it my newest CR favorite. The food was divine and the staff were impeccable. I got the chicken parm and they used breaded tenders instead of a massive patty and she got, get this, the Mongolian lo mein which was the perfect dish. Sweet and savory with chopped ribeye thin steak, it was killer! Will definitely come back.

I've loved Emil's since they were a humble & awesome sandwich shop off of Boyson Rd NE. I followed them after they moved & rebranded to the Hideaway since they're closer to my work. It's a shame their hours changed thanks to COVID, but they're still pumping out some dangt good food! The chili is some of the best in town (try as they might they still can't make it as spicy as I want but I won't hold that against them), the burgers & pizza are on point, & I'll put their Italian...read full review
