“I am guilty of being one of those procrastinators that see Capriotti's near Best Buy here in Cedar Rapids every time I drive by and keep driving. I kept telling myself that I was going to stop in one day. Well, I didn't stop in today, BUT I did order online for delivery. I have some contractors working on my home at this time. Last week they went to Capriotti's for lunch. I asked them how they liked it and they gave a good review. Then, today, I saw a review online and they were raving about the Hot Bobbie (which is the sandwich I have been wanting to try). I ordered the Hot Bobbie and I was very pleased. It is delicious! I ordered a side of turkey gravy and it was the "icing on the cake". If you are like me and are still procrastinating, please don't. I honestly believe you will not be disappointed. Very good & I highly recommend.“

“I have heard of this on commercials. so naturally I had to try. they welcomed me in, let me choose my sandwich. (which I recommend getting #8). I tried it Mike's way. it's the BEST sub I have ever had. and I was not sure what to expect. I used to love subway, then for what ever reason something changed. so I tried Casey's subs. They were ok. but still missing something. I found it . Go eat at Jerseys Mike. you will not regret it.“

“This is the one and only Quiznos in Cedar Rapids, IA. We go here every chance we get - there is always a $5 daily special and the food is fresh and hot. I can tell it's well run by the lack of turnover among the staff. The employees know what we want on our subs already and they almost always have some kind of promotion going. The manager, Clinton I believe, is super friendly and sets a good example. I highly recommend this location!“

“Everyone working today around noon were absolutely amazing. They were very patient with our children as they were figuring out what they wanted. It was very busy but they made us feel like they were just focusing on us. We did not stand in line for very long even though the line was to the door. The food was amazing and tasted fresh. All the way around the moment we walked in it was a great experience and we found our new Subway we will be going to from now on.“

“I was very impressed with this store yesterday. I was trying to pay with a gift card that apparently doesn't work so both employees tried to help me and then the girl gave me the sandwich and cookie for free. Now that's great service!“

“I have not been to this Subway in years and it was such a pleasant experience. Employee Megan (dont know if I spelled that right) created my online order that morning, it was a breakfast footlong that was exceptional. It was satisfying to see my tomatoes perfectly lined up and seasoned. The store was tidy and well lit. The sandwich station was clean, crisp and vibrant. Megan was kind, very thorough with answering my questions and efficient with serving the customers.

“Close to work Robinson very convenient for me. Drive through is great but if the line is too long, it's easy to park and walk in. Employees always greet me and are fast so I can get back to on time. I never ate in the restaurant but it always looks clean and neat.“

“The employee (Harvey) was exceptional despite being alone in the restaurant. He was honest about what foods he would stay away from, because subway was negligent on their fresh delivery of lettuce, banana peppers, and cheese. Y’all I asked him for a drink carrier for my 3 large cokes and he came back with a bread box turned into a drink carrier for me!! I said you guys don’t have carriers he said no I made it!!
