Your customer service is terrible, I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt from a few months ago of not answering the phone calls! But now this place is just ridiculous; aka RUSSEL is horrible at answering the phones, disrespectful totally recommend someone else answering the phone. Later on our pizza was delivered it was almost like the delivery driver KICKED our FRONT door to let us know he’s here! Russel is EXTREMELY rude.
After placing order our order with a HORRIBLE customer serviced person, we received our pizza uncut and our soda warm. Delivery driver kicked our door instead of knocking. Spoke to manager who seemed to not care about the situation.
Overall ridiculous. Fix your franchise.
