I had an issue with a previous order where a sandwich had been forgotten. I get it, it happens, but this Hardee’s really went above and beyond when I came back in. I got my sandwich and a free order of hash rounds for my trouble, and there’s nothing better than free food. 10/10 customer service.
They have fallen off...sad...
