This is out of the way of main stream traffic. Definitely need to know it is back where it is. Sure was worth giving them a try. We had big lunches so we just split an appetizer. Was so good, spicy chicken rangoons. We ordered another appetizer, Korean pork belly Burnt ends. So chewwy and buttery at the same time. Fantastic! Then we got a dessert to go for later, Monkey bread, stellar and made to order. Takes a little bit for this but very worth it. The smokey ranch was something...
The burgers were juicy and stacked with flavor, especially the mushroom Swiss, and the fries came out crisp and hot. Service was friendly without rushing, and the low-key, tucked-away vibe made the spot feel like a real local gem.
We placed our order online to be delivered. Unfortunately, I don't recall who the delivery company was, but we were sent a text from him stating he would be there in 5 minutes...not so much. After waiting fifteen minutes we still had no delivery, so we tried contacting the driver at the number we were sent for communication with him but he wouldn't respond. We contacted the owner of Emil's, the driver told her he dropped it off half an hour ago. Long story shortened...
