I want to talk specifically about today's experience at this location.
I placed my order for my fiancé and my kids, pulled up to the window, and waited for someone to come so I could pay. At first I'll admit I was a little annoyed that it was taking a while and it looked like plenty of people inside. But I figured there was probably a good reason. So I just sat and talked to my oldest son while we waited.
