I always liked Joensy's but last night we ordered food from Joensy's and both my husband and I was throwing up the whole night. we had food poison and this wasn't the first time my husband had this. so were not gonna eat here again

The worst customer service from employees and owner I’ve ever received. And the food was burnt. I ordered via door dash 2 large tenderloins, 1 small tenderloin and cheddar nuggets. I received 2 large burnt tenderloins that you couldn’t cut through on Texas toast covered in brown gravy, a small tenderloin that looked like someone ripped it apart and picked the breading off and cheddar nuggets that are also burnt. The gal working the front was more interested in talking to a friend on her phone and acted like we put her out by going there. She was talking very loud on her phone and didn't check back after we got our food to see if everything was alright. This will kill patronage faster than anything else.
