once again I went to the cedar rapids location and got bad service and bad food.the manager was no wherev2 be found.
The staff were friendly, the food was good, the ice cream was good. One of my favorite places to eat.
The staff working at this Culver’s definitely stand out with their willingness to help their customers. Two worked together to help me figure out if I had any credit left on a gift card and one gave me a free replacement drink when he accidentally threw my original one away. Their choices showed how serious they were about doing their best for their customers.
