Mc Donald's seems to be a sinking ship. Can get better less inexpensive food pretty much anywhere. They have raised their prices to the point most of the time it isn't worth going. Also it is a rare occasional something is either cold or wrong with the order.

I get it that society is all "contactless", but for crying out loud would it kill ya to at least make eye contact or say "Welcome to McDonald's" or "Thank you for paying us money for this cold burger." Idk maybe I'm just old fashioned haha.

I put in an order for a fish meal large and two special mcdoubles and there were no napkins in the bag and customers aren't able to get their own napkins anymore. Also I asked for ranch with my order and didn't get that. I had a large fries and it really wasn't set as a large and it looked like fries that were reheated. I came for a night from Iowa City and this is what I get. I don't know if I will ever visit this location again!!

Manger was so rude wouldn’t give me her name or replace my order meat was hard and dry fries was cold and soggy she needs fired or sued

They do not seem to pay attention to guests that go up to the counter. The people in back will even see you and hear you trying to get their attention and they won't come up and address that or ask any of their coworkers to come up and address it. Also the cashier person the second my order was done just angrily walked away back into the kitchen. I was trying to get their attention to figure out what my order number was because I didn't even get a receipt. And you can hear the kitchen crew cussing.

We ordered two bacon cheeseburgers with only ketchup. It had other toppings on it that we did not want. I think they need to train their employees to actually read an order and to pay attention. I do recommend checking your order if you do decide to get food here.

It's just wrong to go into McDonalds & not be greeted by a Friendly Face, and instead be faced with a digital Screen that you have to negotiate to get your food. I won't be going to anymore Restaurants or fast food joints that discourages personal contact between customers and employees. I came in to eat in the McDonald's, but ended up taking my food and family home because an Empty Dining area is so Creepy & unfriendly.

My side of bacon had white foamy type slimy stuff on it and my fries where cold they got me new ones, I also had bacon in my chicken sandwich and got sick the next morning. I was told that the bacon is normally like that witch is not true because i got bacon from there before and it never looked like that. Now I'm scared to go back, because one day I also had to wait a hour for a to go order that was not even that big spent $18 to wait a hour then get my food.

Service has declined over the past month and I'm constantly missing at least one item every time I go here which is on average 2-3 times a week. It's not that difficult to read what the order is and bag every item that was ordered.
