They didn't mess my order up but I waited 10 mins for cold fries and one hours old burger the other barely warm...the cheese wasn't even melted. 1150am on a Wednesday...I know it's McDonald's but I'm still disappointed...I don't eat fast food often and this is partly why... Do better please.

Got 2 fish sandwiches. One had more tarter sauce in the box than on the sandwich. The other had more cheese on the box than on the sandwich. The fries were cold even after pulling over in their parking to eat. The medium soda was less than full so I may as well have ordered a small. This location was good when they opened....must have had the B crew working today and the last 3 times I visited......

This has got to be the most incompetent group of individuals I have ever laid eyes on. not only are they inefficient, but unprofessional, rude and quite frankly…can never get the easiest order right. It just doesn’t happen. This is a direct reflection on leadership who does NOT address customer concerns. I’ve seen everything at this location from employees smokin dope behind the dumpster to an employee fist fight in the parking lot. A brawl amongst coworkers. Ah yes. Team building.Service is nonexistent. I’ve never gotten an order filled correctly. And the little cute idea of not offering the condiments, straws etc in the dining room is ridiculous. Your service declined. If that was possible. You did not evolve into a hip little joint to get a snack and use the WiFi. This establishment is utter trash. .

Drive thru has terrible service every time. Can’t imagine going in with kids and hearing the way the employees talk. Must hire anyone that needs a job. No manners or sense of customer service. Can barely hear lady over the employees screaming in background of microphone. Fries were cold at 5pm. This location needs investigated.

It’s almost a 50/50 chance of getting good service here anymore. Between having to wait 15 minutes at the window and getting cold and burnt food with the wrong toppings, it’s just not worth coming here anymore. I miss the one that used to be up further in Marion.

Usually I don’t have issues with this place but the night shift was rude as heck. Told me I didn’t order what I ordered when I know what I ordered. Clearly someone pressed something wrong into their computers. I was nice about my order being wrong but ended up getting attitude and an eye roll from a young lady in a bonnet. None of this was my fault. Do better.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburger with slivered onions and a medium fry all cooked to order and it was delicious and I took one sandwich for my friend and she enjoyed it as well. I've been ordering my food all cooked to order especially since the prices are much higher than before so I feel I should have everything fresh and cooked to order when I order it so this is my opinion so establish your own opinion on the matter if you don't care how your food is then it's your choice.
