I've been to Mix more times than I can remember. They are always great! I've never had the Korean BBQ, but have had their BiBimBap, sushi, dim sum, and other appetizers. Loved them all! The waitstaff are always attentive and knowledgeable, always checking back in on us. If you enjoy Thai, Korean, or Japanese, you'll enjoy this place!

I recommend MIX – Uptown Marion.
I found this place through a food group and finally made the trip despite living over an hour away. It was well worth it. We ended up visiting two weeks in a row; once for the all-you-can-eat hot pot and once for the all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ. Both options offered a good variety, and the food was consistently fresh and well prepared.
The restaurant was clean, service was prompt, and the staff and owner were friendly. Even with a full house, the atmosphere remained comfortable and conversation at the table was easy. For AYCE, you order using a paper sheet with up to three rounds, which was more than enough given how filling the portions were. There’s a 90-minute limit, but we finished comfortably both times.
Parking is available behind the building for free, with additional street parking out front.

Went to try it because the reviews were good and my partner and I love trying new hot pot places. When we got there it seemed hectic but not too crazy. Got seated right away as we had a reservation at 6 so that was good.
When we started eating our server forgot our appetizer and we had to ask her how long since we’ve been there for over an hour (we didn’t want to bother her since she seemed really busy) and almost already done eating. We also never got the sushi at the beginning and had to ask again how long it was going to take. We got the AYCE hot pot and on every round they kept forgetting items we marked.
We also got a refund for one of our drinks because it wasn’t good which was really nice from them but unfortunately they charged the wrong card.
Food was good but service could’ve been better and probably be more aware on the experience that the customer is receiving.

We are there recently for the first time. It was an awesome meal and experience. I wish I known of it earlier. I think this will be a regular place for the family moving forward.
The Korean barbecue was great and the sushi was excellent.
We went to Mix for a company lunch and they SPOILED us. Hot Pot, amazing sushi, and Korean Barbecue. The staff was so nice and hospitable. It was a blast. Great food AND a great team aactivity.
We went to MIX for our company holiday party and it was an amazing experience! We got to try all three options: hot pot, sushi, and Korean bbq! It was all delicious and such a fun experience. Kyle and his team were so much fun and handled our rambunctious group so well! Highly recommend.

I come here way to much 😂 this place is the best -Our servers are always great -The dragon fruit party bowl drink is amazing -I love that they have eel and takoyaki on the ayce menu 🤤 Definitely one of my favorite places
Edit: the Korean barbecue is an excellent social experience and the cuts of meat you get for all you can eat is fantastic Keep up the great work
Edit 2: the option to do both bbq and sushi is great and well worth any price this place will always be my favorite the owner is always a joy to talk to as well he's truly passionate about his restaurant and genuinely cares about his customers

We went for the hot pot during dinner. They seemed busy, but not hectic. The food was good, but there were a lot of mistakes and lack of quality. There was a metal wire likely from a dish sponge stuck inside of a piece of tofu. This could have been very dangerous. The bok choy was covered in chunks of dirt, we asked for it to be washed and was brought new bok choy with slightly less dirt. Still too much dirt to eat. Each round, we were given our food with one or two missing or wrong items. It was fun to try once, but I would not go again. The metal wire was the tipping point, and all these mistakes bring the kitchen's cleanliness into suspect.
