Went with some friends and my boyfriend and I planned to get the all you can eat hotpot but the manager wasn’t even aware of the rules on that so we weren’t able to since the other people in our party(on separate tickets) weren’t getting the same thing. Our server was so kind and sweet but the manager wasn’t even being a complete jerk. I think that ruined the atmosphere a bit, and them not knowing their own policies and treating the waitstaff terribly. Would go back more if that person was no longer there.
The hotpot was delish though!

Just had the best food experience ever!!! I have never had sushi before, hubby and & I went with a friend who recommended it. Will definitely be going back. The owners are really cool. And their food is so so good. Thank you for an amazing experience. Now to sleep off this food coma.
Left a cash tip and was charged for an online tip as well. Other time I went I ordered a soup and it took the staff 30 minutes to tell me they were out of the soup base. Service and communication is bad. Shame, because their food is good.

At the start of this year I had never had Hotpot. Since my first experience, I've been back every week (sometimes more than once 🤫) bringing different people with me every time! We are obsessed with the AYCE Hotpot!!! For what you get, it's a great deal. I've never left there anything but completely full, and fully satisfied. Everything tastes great, the experience is fun, and easy to learn for first-timers. The staff is friendly and so accommodating. Eating here feels like coming home, to a good meal with family. I cannot say enough good things about this place! They truly have something for everyone (even a self proclaimed picky eater like myself). If I keep up this pace, I think I might just need to buy a permanent table at this fabulous restaurant!!💜
I ordered takeout via the website. I didn't get any updates on it through my email but maybe it was something technical on my end. I just hoped it would be worked on, and thankfully when I went to pick it up at the time I scheduled it was ready.
I ordered the korean fried chicken, and it's not what I'm used to when I eat korean fried chicken. The meat was white meat and for the order I got it was a single person portion which I was somewhat surprised by considering the price. The chicken itself was fresh and the seasoning was ok. Im not sure how i felt about the sauce that it came with on the side. It wasn't what I had expected overall. The fries it came with were crispy and delicious though.
I also ordered tteokbokki, and that tasted ok. It was very spicy which I expected, and it tasted about as I expected.
Overall it wasn't what I expected, and I felt the food was just average.

Mix was a lot of fun. Was the first time I had done the hot pot. Our whole group did it there were 8 of us. So we all did the all your can eat which is 3 rounds and 2 bases. Everything was delicious and fresh. The extras and add ins from the sauce bar were a lot of fun too and added complexity and I liked the control on the space level. Cannot wait until I can go again.

One of my favorite Midwest sushi joints
They don’t allow one person for all you can eat. I drive 1h to have this.

I really want to like this place because I love sushi, hot pot and its so close to my house... but the two times we've tried it out have been the same experience, in that the restaurant is filthy. The floors are sticky, walls covered in food, the menus and table stand menus are covered in food residue. The food has been good. Service average, but I have concerns about kitchen and food sanitation with how gross the restaurant interior has been in our 2 visits.

Miso soup was cold, ingredients for sushi was fresh, fish was quality, rice was not quite right. Sushi rolls kept falling apart. SERVICE lacked enthusiasm.

Tried it for lunch today, all you can eat sushi. My fried roll was burnt twice. The service was awful. It took over 20 minutes for the waitress to even put our order in. There was only 2 other tables in here so no reason for such slow service. Anytime we needed anything we had to literally wave our waitress down. Subpar overall, quite disappointing as our first time here was so pleasant.
We got the unlimited sushi. The good: Plenty of options and large servings. The bad: they are a bit slow and everything seems to be lacking flavor. When they first opened, they were outstanding. But everything we had was just underwhelming

Atmosphere was off putting. brightly lit and neon green and blue everywhere. hard on the eyes and not very conducive of a comfortable dining experience.
myself and my girlfriend ordered all you can eat sushi. $30 dollars a person which is pretty standard. we get the first round of sushi and it is… subpar. bland, borderline tasteless save the heat on the spicy crab roll. we got a second round of fried sushi because, how can fried be bad? well… it was fryer burnt and lacked structural integrity and flavor (aside from the sauce which still could not manage to save the dish). not worth the $30 per person charge along with automatic 20% gratuity.
service was… fine, i guess?
long islands were good.
if you’re going to get sushi, go to your local gas station instead.
if you’re looking for a good cocktail, you’ll be fine.

The food Itself was very good once we finally got it. Service was very slow. We were seated immediately as there were only three tables total. However , it took close to 10 minutes for our server to come over. Our server was a very polite young gentleman who informed us on the 20% gratuity, as well as the 90 minute time limit. I would think with there being a time limit they would put a little more hustle on things and would check on you a little bit more often, that was not the case. I think we were checked on a total of 4 times including when he brought the bill. The meat and vegetables for our hot pot arrived before our salads that we were hoping to get as soon as possible. After the 1st round of sushi we waited with empty plates for another 10 minutes. This is why I have a problem with the 20% gratuity already added.... I think the service suffers terribly because they don't care, knowing that they're already going to get that 20% no matter what. We were very underwhelmed. We did the hot pot / sushi combo. It was $100 for the 2 of us. The hot pot was an ok experience, but it's just like a soup you make yourself 🤷🏼♀️ I would give the atmosphere a 2 at best, it was meh. We will be sticking with Izumi Sushi & Hibachi, they never keep you waiting and give excellent service.

First off, the prices are kind of insane. Individually priced items are okay, but the all you can eat for adults is $30 but under 10 and over 65 is only $5 less. Make that one make sense. 20% gratuity included. Regardless of that, and the lackluster quality of food/ the amount of non-options for children was disappointing. Aside from gluten alergies, they gave ignorant (not as in stupid) responses for alternatives for an egg allergy. I will not be returning.
Kid-friendliness: It's not kid friendly food wise. They don't have a kids menu.
