I was looking for a new restaurant that has fresh food, vegetarian options with Sass. I found it. Everything I've ordered tastes like a chef fueled love affair. The harrisa califlower and baked cheese will have you addicted. The Berry dessert is better than Grandma made (sorry GMA). You will never be disappointed.
Im a Chicago native which means im very meticulous about my food. This is the BEST FOOD in Marion! The Porkbelly Ramen is soooooo delicious. Also the pot stickers were seasoned with this sweet dipping sauce. its crazy good!

The hip-stir, located in downtown Marion, offers a unique dining experience with outstanding dishes like the Le Smashburger and the phenomenal Pork Belly ramen bowl, which is described as knee weakeningly phenomenal. The bernaise sauce and mac and cheese are out of this world, while the baked cheese and truffle fries are complex and delicious. The atmosphere is amazing and creates a cool, different experience compared to generic national chain restaurants. The service is friendly and the waitstaff is great. Although some dishes like the waffle fries and steak sandwich have been noted to lack seasoning, the overall experience is excellent. The bar features interesting drinks, with a great happy hour deal and weekly specials. While one visit had a limited and disappointing lunch menu, the hip-stir remains a must-visit for fantastic food and impressive service.
