Yesterday, I placed an order to be delivered through Uber. My charge for food and Uber delivery was $59.62.
I never received my food. It was delivered to another address. Olive Garden called me because the resident that received my food said they didn’t order the food.
However, I didn’t receive the food and I have to wait 5 to 6 days to get my money back.
So what happened to the food I ordered? Did the Uber driver come back or was the resident told to keep it? I had people at my home waiting for the delivery. I don’t understand how this happened. I looked at my receipt and it was the correct address. Why did the Uber driver deliver to wrong address?

It's an Olive Garden, so you know what you're going to get in terms of food/menu when you walk in the door. What set apart our experience tonight was how well the staff accommodated our family with small children. There were high chairs and coloring menus in place for the tykes before we reached the table. Our server, Ashton, was understanding of our fidgety, noisy crew, and made sure we had extra forks and crayons. When another chocolate milk was needed, he was prompt with it so none of the kids went without for long. This was not our first time having a positive experience as a family outing here and I saw several other families having a good time. Tonight's stuck out well enough to write about.

Carlee was an excellent waitress. Nice smile and cheerful personality. We were seated right away and food was great.

We came here for the never ending pasta bowls. This is a great value and it is truely never ending. The only thing we really didn’t like was the Alfredo. It lacked in flavor and the sauce needed to be more saucy. It was pretty much just cream. Given that, the rest of the food was very good. Now, the service is where it was at! Our waitress, Wynema was AMAZING! I travel a lot all over and she is by far the best waitress I’ve had in a year and probably one of the best I’ve had my entire life. I know it’s Olive Garden, but that doesn’t stop them from having some great service. She definitely made our night so much so we asked for a manager to praise her.

So nice!! Food was delicious. Served was awesome. Food was fast. They insisted we come in even thought they were closing in 30 due to weather. Total for 2- $44!! Lemon drop martini and chicken shrimp carbonara- so good!!!

Excellent service and delicious food. Our large party (19) was treated like family and given an excellent overall experience.

They now have unlimited dipping sause. Its a scam tho. The old way you pat 3 buvks and you got a big tub of sause. Now you pay 5 bucks and they give u the smallest amount possible. U ask for more each time waiter comes around but thats like 3 times. Each time u get a teaspoon. Pay more, get less.

Took 10 minutes to get a table for two at around 230 pm on a a Tuesday

Server was anything but nice , very distant as if didn’t even want to be at work

We were served cold appetizer( yes supposed to be hot) , and when I asked for new,our server went missing and the manger apparently took over and then she did a disappearing act as well.

Had to find a waiter that just so happened to walk nearby to get our boxes and check

I ordered catering for a small office lunch and could not have been more impressed with the portions, quality, and ease of ordering. Ordering food for delivery from chain restaurants can be hit or miss, but we got everything we needed right on time. I would definitely order again for an office function or family gathering.
