I ordered a chicken burrito. I received one partial scoop of chicken, a ton of rice. Now, I know beef prices are up, but not chicken. Service was good, but I'll think twice about stopping next time. $13 for a rice filled burrito? Eh....

Every year or two I forget how overpriced the food is and the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get it here. Never again

Thought this place would be good. But the place was dirty as hell food was setting out for a long time to.

Extremely messy condiment area, they were out of a few types of salsa, which wouldn't be so bad if they had more than 5. I watched the person making my food knock some lettuce into the empty container of salsa verde, and not fix it by the time I paid.

Stopped by tonight and waited over 25 minutes in line, only to find out they were out of carnitas, chicken, tofu, and queso - basically all the main proteins. No signage, no heads-up, and staff didn’t mention it while the line built up. Disappointing experience - hope this was just an off day, but better communication is needed.

My experience at this Pancheros was truly exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. The service was simply amazing, making it a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the future.

Waited 30 minutes for an order through the app. You can’t cancel through the app, you have to call. So I called to cancel and they hung up. They ran out of chicken at 3 pm, clearly mismanaged

It's a pancheros, so the food is good. The last several times I've gone, the burritos weren't wrapped tightly at all, which is a little annoying.
