Staff made us feel like a burden. No chicken - only because they didn't take the time to cut the cooked chicken breasts. No smiles. Dirty tables.

The food was as expected however working in food I don't appreciate being made feel like we were an inconvenience to be served. As checking out they would be more polite to the delivery drivers picking up food versus the people in line waiting for food to be made behind orders popping up. I know food can be demanding but if you can't use scoops and using cups to portion our food on because your more worried avout close than the customer. I've gone to poachers very often but this one I will NOT be back too!

My food had something burnt off the grill in it and it was the nastiest thing I’ve ever tasted. I couldn’t even finish my food. I will only be going to the Marion store from now on!!!

Very lazy and unorganized employees. They skimp out on anything you ask for and don’t pay attention to what you’re asking for. Will be going to the Edgewood location from now on.

The food is okay; not amazing. The Burrito Bowl had no flavour and barely had any chicken in it. I'd choose Chipotle any day over Panchero's.

We came in to get some food to go a couple hours before closing time but it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff who took our order - as if we were coming in five minutes before close instead of 2 hours. Food was as expected. We all have off days. I rarely go here because it tends to upset my tummy - and this time was no different in that department either. I don't think I'm all THAT sensitive, plus, I've heard others have digestive upset from eating here, so I don't think it's just me, or just this pancheros specifically.

This is THE best Panchero's I've ever been to.

I live up in Cedar Falls, both Panchero's in Cedar Falls and Waterloo are disgustingly filthy!
I'd rather drive an hour south to the Cedar Rapids area to eat here. I know it's safe.

This used to be my favorite place to eat for years. Gone down hill bad. Last time I went there the young man making burritos had his phone propped up near all the food watching TikTok. Using his gloved hands to mess with it. Just to summerize how bad it is there. The fact people still eat here blows my mind.

The whole time we were there the manager and griller were in a shouting match. She sent him home but then proceeded to follow him in the back, leaving us at counter with only 1 employee who looked lost. She did not let him just leave, but proceeded to shout at him more so everyone in restaurant could hear her. They then brought the dramatic shouting session back up front for all of us to witness further, since only 1 person was there to help everyone... which left us stuck.

Staff was rude. and meat was barely cooked, they were rushing on the burritos, bobbed it maybe twice, barley folded it. tables were all dirty.
