We came in to get some food to go a couple hours before closing time but it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff who took our order - as if we were coming in five minutes before close instead of 2 hours. I live up in Cedar Falls, both Panchero's in Cedar Falls and Waterloo are disgustingly filthy!
I'd rather drive an hour south to the Cedar Rapids area to eat here. I know it's safe.

Simply put, just another burrito joint no bells, no whistles! Generic dining area, generic ingredients for the burritos or salads or tacos or quesadillas or whatever you’re having that is TexMex. The service however, was off the chain! Very personal individuals behind the line very attentive to, the food that they were preparing.
