Wrong stop!!!! Poor staff, and very poor management!!! The Edgewood location is horrible so keep driving until you get to the one on Kirkwood Blvd!!!

I order the same thing every time and every time they miraculously forget the same two items. Then when I call to bring it to their attention I’m told to go complain online, not their problem. It’s two bags of chips! It’s not that hard.

We ordered chips and queso and a burrito with queso. There were 2 hairs in the cup and 1 in the burrito . Will not be coming back for the foreseeable future. Everything else was fine, but hair in the queso totally ruined it for us.

Well I must start with the black beans. Every single time I have gotten them, they have been burnt and it ruins the whole burrito. Also, I can tell the workers hate their job. Either having their airpods in or mumbling to you when asking what you would like. One worker got mad at me because he didn't understand that I only wanted beans on the first burrito not the second. He mumbled under his breath saying "why didn't you tell me that then" in a nasty voice. Its sad to see a place with huge potential get ruined by poor management. It is way to over priced for the service you get there.

Today was the summer BOGO deal going on... And the line was all the way to the door....ugh! Decided to wait... About 5 minutes in they announced they were outta rice and it would be 20 minutes...ugh! Decided to wait and just pivot to the non burrito well the BOGO while it said "entree" apparently quesadilla wasn't an entree manager honored it all was good ?

Had to wait for nearly a hour at peak dinner time they only had two people working the counter, and they were moving at a snails pace and making just online orders while a line formed and customers waited

I waited close to ten minutes for staff to finish door dash orders I believe. 7 people in front of me 6 people behind . Manager decided to stop working on my order of one burrito to wait on other customers which would be fine but no one took over for him

Very dirty. In between the buckets of food was old crusted food just sitting on the counters. Dirty empty buckets sitting on top of each other in the bins making the food look old and cold. Employees arguing over who was going to help us. I never write reviews but this was bad.

I stopped in to get some Lunch and was ignored by the workers on their phone and chatting. When they eventually got to me they were snarky and seemed annoyed. When I asked them to put queso on my quesadilla they said they can’t which they have in the past and the same when I asked them to roll my wrapped burrito on the grill they replied they aren’t allowed to but previously they would

Burritos fell apart within seconds. Giant mass of soggy slop. They should either stop hiring stoners, or close this location. Avoid like the plague.

Food was ok. Person making my burrito bowel seemed bothered by my presence, tossed stuff into paper bowel like throwing away a paper towel. Not great. Restroom was dirty and had mold growing in urinal. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but I will not go back.

I usually eat here 3 times per week. Today was I think my last time. The last two times I came, they were out of chicken, today they were out of chicken and both beans at noon? That's half the ingredients of a burrito. Also, I watched the guy make my bowl. They grab a handful or spoonful of something sprinkle a little in on the bowl and throw the rest back. Then he had an attitude with me when I asked him to put a litrle more on. Keep in mind no beans and chicken....so at least make up for it with something else. Bad attitude and poorly managed if you can't have the food ready at noon on a Sat. Also, a friendly smile wouldn't hurt.
