I just moved to Cedar Rapids recently to live on the river and wanted to find a nice spot to eat and have a drink after work, rumors fits the bill perfectly. They have a new food menu with specials that are cost effective and delicious. The chicken sandwich for $8 is a steal because it's massive and comes with fresh veggies. Apple pie shots for $3 are also a delicious no-brainer, definitely found my new neighborhood bar! Silver Fox kitchen staff is friendly and so is the bartender...read full review

AWESOME BAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my favorite bar in cedar Rapids.karoke every wed and thurs nights 8:30 ish to 12am ish with chad. Sat nights 8:30 to 12:30 with dee. theres a pic I posted of me and chad the karoke host for wed and thurs nights here.The kitchen is under new management and is open ?

I have never been to a nicer place. The help is amazing and makes me feel like I am at home. The food is exquisite with drinks that impress even the most critical. I wish I could live here. I met the woman of my dreams here. I was even cured of Covid by another patron who was a doctor. On another occasion I found a hundred dollar bill on the floor. Rumors is my most favorite place on earth.
