Twice i've tried this Pancheros instead of another, less convenient location. And twice the Edgewood location has messed it up. Not even in small ways, like the order was completely ignored and you're just making whatever they felt like. Terrible location, take an extra minute or two and go somewhere else. You WILL be disappointed spending your money here.

I went to order my yummy pancheros, but they only gave me 5 pieces of chicken my tortilla. The other tortilla had a piece of corn in it somehow even though it was just a cheese tortilla. There was also corn in my tacos, and I never asked for corn. There were only 3 toppings and there was pieces of corn in it which again, was not asked for. The service was okay, a little slow, but the workers were super friendly. Just disappointed in my food.

Came in tonight and i gotta say was the worste experience i have ever had service sucked all the employees looked stoned and confused the stake is dry and tastes like dirt and the chicken was burnt and dry really disappointed in this location. Will probably never come back and will most likely tell everyone i know not to go to this location...

New people...handled a crowd well. Hardly any steak in our quesadillas-only one of four sections had meat. I think they gave us the wrong meat. It was shredded instead of pieces of steak.

Just like any Panch in terms of food, hot and consistent! Love the fresh tortillas and chips, decadent salsas but what earned 5 stars was really friendly service. The team here has a good dynamic, stepped in to help one another and clearly get along -- good vibes make good food!

They never ever remember sour cream for my quesadilla when I order door dash. Extremely frustrating especially when I pay for extra.
Every time I eat here, the care put into preparation of the food gets worse and worse. I think my latest experience has transformed me into a Moe's fan.

The food is good and the atmosphere is decent, but the staff are rude and incompetent. After my latest experience--where the fool assembling my burrito failed to understand that I wanted a paper bowl to go with my burrito and proceeded to sloppily make my burrito in the bowl, fail to mix it or roll it up properly, then complained about my order behind my back--not only will I not be returning to your location, I will recommend no one else patronize your location either.

My family and I went to Pancheros for Lunch today. In the past I have went to other Pancheros and didn't have the best and not the worse experience. But today let me tell you today was the best day ever. These hard work people not only worked really good together but they treated us so good. Kat is the GM and she was beyond a Blessing today. You can tell right away she cares for her crew and store. The food let me tell you I will be coming back so so good and fresh and perfect temp. These people bust their butts everyday they come to work and I am very grateful for that. Thank you Kat and staff for such good service today. P.S. Their air conditioning isn't working! Kat has tried several times to get someone from her company to fix it and still no service. So I bought them Ice Cream to hopefully help cool them Down today. I know what it's like to be a manager and I know what it's like when you have a crew that is miserable because of the heat. So if it's ice cream or buying a extra fan then that's what it takes.
