I have visited other Pancheros in town and had an experience where the restaurant was not clean, employees not wearing a hair net or the lines were too long so I had to head back to work without lunch. I visited the Edgewood location for lunch yesterday. It was pretty busy but I loved the fact that their manager (Shawn) was out helping the employees get the line down. Good customer service polite good food. Our favorite place to go after school!
We ordered chips and queso and a burrito with queso. There were 2 hairs in the cup and 1 in the burrito . Will not be coming back for the foreseeable future. Everything else was fine, but hair in the queso totally ruined it for us.
