I have visited other Pancheros in town and had an experience where the restaurant was not clean, employees not wearing a hair net or the lines were too long so I had to head back to work without lunch. I visited the Edgewood location for lunch yesterday. It was pretty busy but I loved the fact that their manager (Shawn) was out helping the employees get the line down. Food was ok. Person making my burrito bowel seemed bothered by my presence, tossed stuff into paper bowel like throwing away a paper towel. Not great. Restroom was dirty and had mold growing in urinal. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but I will not go back.
New people...handled a crowd well. Hardly any steak in our quesadillas-only one of four sections had meat. I think they gave us the wrong meat. It was shredded instead of pieces of steak.
