Panera Bread in Cedar Rapids

“This is my favorite Panera. Marriah at the cash register is always so friendly and attentive. My food is always hot and delicious. Best breakfast sandwich in town! I’ve tried them at the other paneras but they never are as good. Incredibly clean environment as well.“

“Panera serves simple but delicious salads, sandwiches, soups, and bakery items. My favorite is their Pick 2, with half a sandwich and cup of soup.

In the day I visited service was fast and friendly. My food arrived hot (soup) and cold (sandwich), just as it should be. Everything was made to order and delicious.

Tables are well spaced so our friend with a walker could maneuver through.

I ordered an additional cup of chicken noodle soup to-go. Unfortunately the cup wasn’t filled all the way, and there were few noodles and nearly zero chicken (see video).

Vegetarian options: Wide variety of vegetarian items available.

Dietary restrictions: They allow you to customize your sandwiches. I think they’ll allow customization as much as possible.

Parking: Dedicated parking spaces around the building. Depending on the time of day, spaces go quick and the lot is usually full.

Kid-friendliness: Dedicated kid’s options.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. Doors are heavy and manual; non-powered doors.“
