When I arrived to pick up my order, someone had taken it. The staff was extremely apologetic, and immediately got not only my food out extremely quickly but were also able to get the other orders they had out in a timely manner as well. I didn’t get the indication from any of them that they were frustrated or put out by having to re make food. Awesome customer service, even when they had to fix an issue that was absolutely not their fault.
