Food and service is excellent. The interior is really worn and looking shabby. In desperate need of a refresh.
When I arrived to pick up my order, someone had taken it. The staff was extremely apologetic, and immediately got not only my food out extremely quickly but were also able to get the other orders they had out in a timely manner as well. I didn’t get the indication from any of them that they were frustrated or put out by having to re make food. Awesome customer service, even when they had to fix an issue that was absolutely not their fault.
I understand if there is only one cashier, and she was filling a bagel order, and busy talking to another employee. But, at least when you walk in and she sees you at the counter and ready to order, to acknowledge your presence and say maybe "be with you in a minute". But to keep on talking to the other person while filling the bagel order and to have you wait there for three minutes and finally saying "can I help you" is irritating.
