“This is the one and only Quiznos in Cedar Rapids, IA. We go here every chance we get - there is always a $5 daily special and the food is fresh and hot. I can tell it's well run by the lack of turnover among the staff. The employees know what we want on our subs already and they almost always have some kind of promotion going. The manager, Clinton I believe, is super friendly and sets a good example. I highly recommend this location!“

“Always a very pleasant visit when coming to the BF CFA! Went through the drive tonight and was greeted excitedly by a young man (didn’t catch his name) he took our order and then we pulled around to pick up our food. Cooper held conversation with us while waiting for our food. He asked us about our day and we connected over both enjoying Forrest Frank’s music. It made our short wait feel like it was nothing! Props to him! You guys rock! Keep up the good work!“

“The table is nice and clean, the service is amazing, food is normally really good. Just don’t sit next to the wall, because you may stick to the mysterious substances (perchance pop splatter) on the wall. Outside of this one thing 10/10“

“Overall I do like Noodles, but today I came home after picking up my online order, to discover that my zoodle pesto/chicken dish had normal pasta noodles in it. I directly called the store and they told me they were out of the zucchini noodles thus replaced them with the "normal" ones. They also offered to refund the order but meanwhile I am home trying to figure out what to eat now instead. Just disappointed that they don't contact you to let you know that they're out of something you ordered , or atleast let you know by the pick-up so that it won't be a surprise at home.“

The staff was extremely apologetic, and immediately got not only my food out extremely quickly but were also able to get the other orders they had out in a timely manner as well. I didn’t get the indication from any of them that they were frustrated or put out by having to re make food. Awesome customer service, even when they had to fix an issue that was absolutely not their fault.“

“The young lady who took my order was great. My closest Panara is over an hour away and though my Birthday Pasty reward expired 2 days earlier, she honored it. Thank you. I ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed salad. This salad is worthy of a better quality of greens. Instead of iceberg or romane, this salad is better suited to spinach and/or spring mix or field greens. Other than that, I would have rated the food 5 Star.“
