I ordered a Greek salad to go. Got all the way home and noticed my salad was missing feta cheese and tomatoes entirely, and did not have the extra olives I requested. For a $13 salad, I would have expected it to not be missing ingredients. Very disappointed with my experience.

Food was delicious at this location. Didn’t have any interaction with the staff, as order was placed through kiosk. At the same time I feel there were several opportunities where we could have at least been acknowledged.Only complaint really is bathrooms are dirty and the smell upon entering is very off putting. Dining room was neither gross nor clean. It looked like the dining room of a busy restaurant. I would eat here again

Great place to pickup a quick sandwich and soup for lunch. They do also have good breakfast items as well. Easy to place an order and then use the quick pickup kisok to grab your food and go. In and out in a manner of seconds and they have 3 convenient parking spots reserved for pickup orders.
I love Paneras Rapid pick up service. It's always ready and on time when you order online and just park in the designated spot, then out in seconds flat. This time we sat in cafe for coffee, Disappointed that the pretty fireplace seems permanently out of order. It was cold in cafe and noisy.

If I could give a negative star on this place I would. We cleaned are own table, waited 1/2 hour for bagels.when the food came it was wrong. Staff was rude and slow. The manager didn’t seem to have things under control. Save your money or go to Brueggers instead. Brueggers have Better bagels and service!

Apparently was added to a sip club at 12 per month. Did not see this anywhere. Go to website and first thing you see is NO REFUNDS. Makes you wonder how many they pulled this on. Called and asked for proof of sign up. Nope, file a police report. They verified that the program had never been utilized though. If you want more business than increase your quality and service rather that rip off repeat customers. Never going again.
