So my friend and I went to pretzel maker about a week or so ago and one of the employees was working on my order. The manager was cutting pretzels to put in the oven while another employee had their hands free.. so the available employee stepped in to finish my friends order and the owner, I believe the owner's name is Lisa, ended up cussing out that employee in front of the both of us. After maybe 5 minutes of us sitting down and eating our stuff, the owner was lecturing both employees in front of a few other customers. She continued this for about 20 minutes and at that point there was a line waiting to be helped. The owner was extremely rude and very loud so all of us customers around the area heard everything.

Cedar Rapids store says it open till 8pm came by at 730pm front door locked and drive thru says they are closed. FYI. The open sign was still lighted and employees were inside

Tired of drive thru businesses having/letting their employees ask for a tip (I won't go here anymore due to this). I am already paying 8 dollars for a large pretzel bites which in my eyes is already high for bread lightly coated in Parmesan....

Definitely go hear not the drive thru one on blairsferry rd! They don't cook their bites all the way through I will never go back, I will continue to go to Lindale!

Usually I love this place, but the past few times I’ve been, have been very disappointing. First off, the employees gave my order to the wrong person, then that person came back, and the employees then gave me those same pretzels they first gave to someone else. During this, they were also laughing as well at their mistake. My second problem with this trip, was my pretzels were barely seasoned. When the owners are there, my pretzels are absolutely coated with seasoning and delicious! When they are not there unfortunately, the other employees have been giving out subpar pretzels that are barely seasoned. Overall, I’ve just been a little disappointed in my pretzels the last two times I’ve gotten them.

Was excited for a quick lunch and found out it is drive thru only and can't walk in and order if you don't want to wait in line. If that's the case, you'd think they would have a less congested drive thru system. Also have to love when drive thru asks for a tip with no added service/interaction...

i got the garlic pretzel bites and was extremely disappointed to discover that these are not pretzels at all. these are like breadstick bites. it should be called breadstickmaker. they didn’t look or taste like soft pretzels at all. don’t get me wrong, they were still good, but if i wanted breadsticks i’d go to olive garden. i’m giving two stars because like i said, the seasoning was good and they were still tasty breadstick bites, but i wanted a freakin pretzel.
