I am so sorry. I HATE to give negative food reviews... First, our waitress was WONDERFUL! Thank you for being you! Our food was mostly inedible. Eggs were wonderful, hash browns burnt over half of surface, steak was tough & had no flavor, prefer toast with melted butter from the kitchen but understand that some folks prefer unbuttered. Wife had to leave her shipwreck behind. We are desperately looking for a really good breakfast restaurant. Any suggestions?

Just passing through town. I stopped in for breakfast because I always look for small diners over big names or fast food. Service was fantastic, the food was delicious. Kiah is a great waitress! We had pleasant food, coffee and atmosphere. Would absolutely eat here again and highly recommend the chicken and waffles. Thanks, Kiah, for being such a sweetheart!

Food was really good. Ordered the Bohemian burger and was a little apprehensive about my choice but it tasted fantastic. Always good food and service here.

Fantastic food we always enjoy eating there when we visit Cedar Rapids ..my stepson an his wife an 2 grandchildren are the best ..they are the ones that introduce us to Riley 's
They have a lot of wonderful breakfast options. The service can be a little slow when they get busy, but the service is generally good overall. I have always loved their coffee. The prices are fair and the portions are generous. Breakfast is my favorite thing here, but they do have plenty of good options for lunch as well.

The price was fairly high, but in every other way we were happy. Good service, the food was on the good end of average but the portions were insanely huge (in a good way). Coffee was diner-standard stuff. All in all, we left happy. They recently changed ownership, and that included a name change to Bea's Cafe and some rebranding work. They said everything's pretty much the same, for better or worse.

Have ate at this location one to two times a month for the past 11 months and never had a problem until today. Upon completion of my meal I am then accused of not paying for my meal the last time I was in there by server Desiree. I am not sure what kind of scam they have going on but I believe if you pay with cash and don't keep your receipt and you are repeat customer they will do this to you. The fact that they came right at me and accused me without asking me about the incident was very unprofessional and ridiculous. I asked them why on Earth would I come back in here if I skipped out on a bill last time? The little punk in the back cooking said "because you got away with it before so you thought you could get away with it again". I'm not sure who owns this particular one on six street but he has criminals working for him,if I had to bet it would be the punk in the back who looks like he's on meth who is stealing the money. Plenty of other good places to eat in Cedar Rapids you have been warned I will never go back there ever again. Hope the $20 you guys stole from me was worth it!

Homey atmosphere with mismatched coffee cups. The breakfast quesadilla with eggs and black beans inside was outstanding!!! My friend loved his steak breakfast burrito with a side of black beans. The vanilla latte was very tasty as well. It was rather busy, but we found two spots at the counter. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back.

Been here a few times, usually on the weekend. It's usually packed and service is slow. The last time we went we waited nearly an hour for our food and when it came out it was incorrect and cold. Definitely looks like frozen microwave stuff. Won't go back. There are definitely better breakfast spots in town.
