Sad to see this place close. An excellent upscale and approachable experience. Outstanding service and drinks. You can absolutely tell the food is prepared with love and care...but I can see how the menu may not be for everyone. Apps like chicken hearts on a skewer are very tasty, local and uses the animal in a unique and bountiful way...I enjoyed them very much with my Manhattan. But I assume dishes like that are under appreciated in CR.
I can't believe I didn't go here earlier. Food was incredible, atmosphere was incredible, service was incredible. Ethan's enthusiasm about the food and where it was sourced from was a very happy and unexpected touch. This place is great for a date night or a larger celebration. The food was wonderfully prepared and attractive when served. It was locally sourced and very tasty. Portions were just right and the decor was just perfect! I can't wait to go back again.
