Never gets my order right. Always get drinks with coffee all over the outside of our cups. Out of all the scooter's in the area this location has the worst service. I keep trying because of location but it's just not worth it.
Today's scooters experience was the best of the best! The guy who had (I assume) all of the interaction with me, both taking my order and interacting at the window, was amazing. He was so nice and charismatic and I can't even say enough nice things. It was so refreshing to go to a drive thru and see smiles and good attitudes instead of the "it's just a job i hate people" attitude that I see so often elsewhere.
