I picked up a grande drink today, took it home and poured it into a measuring cup. It was just under 12 ounces. That’s a Tall not a Grande!
I went to lunch at Starbucks on Edgewood and Blairsferry Rd Ne with my daughter today and we had Britney take our order. Britney was beyond rude, My daughter placed the order, and then I proceeded to tell Britney what I wanted and as I was talking to her she walked away (while I was still telling her what I wanted). Extremely rude supervisor. We waited for 4 minutes after walking in and she never greeted us.She does not know how to speak to customers. We canceled our order and left. She did not even give us full refund. They were out of 3 of the 5 items that we ordered. She did not even apologize. She was ignored us for a while when we walked in. She was racist. please avoid this location.
