I went to this location yesterday (Sunday, December 28) for lunch and the gal behind the counter appeared to be the only one there but you would have never known. She was outstanding....she didn't miss a beat making my wrap and my husband's sandwich and was incredibly friendly. It's nice to walk into a location that is still providing great customer service....it's incredibly rare these days. I wish I could remember her name but around 12:30pm Sunday was when I was there.

The toaster was broken they gave me rotisserie chicken instead of sweet onion chicken it's still charge me for the sweet onion chicken

I just had literally the best experience at this Subway Ive ever had at any food establishment. Came in for a Philly Cheese and the staff was so joyful and kind. By the time I left I was laughing and smiling. Places like this remind me that some people are actually capable of enjoying their lives.

I'd give a 0 if possible. Posted hours open at 8am and online it says it's open. I'm in front of it and it is closed at 9am. This NOT the first time. Don't waste your time, this place doesn't want you here. Appreciate if they'd at least change the sign next to the door.

Unfortunately I see this location closing very soon. Literally too many issues to write in a review. To sum it up, no consistency, no customer service, no common sense, not able to read and follow directions, never have the cheddar bread available. Not properly trained, not even sure a manager exists and if they do they 1000% don’t care. If someone cares to reach out I can give more detail.

I don't understand why a person works in a place like this, if you can't acknowledge the customer! I walked in and the guy said hi softly, but the two women said nothing. The lady taking orders just stood there staring at me waiting to take my order. They looked like they lost their best friend, or didn't want to be there. Either way, If you want customers, start greeting your customers and quit with the long/sad face!!

Employees here have zero customer service skills. The gal that made my sandwich didn't say a word to me from start to finish, just gave me an annoyed look the whole time I ordered, the kid that rung me up asked what type of sandwich I had and nothing else, not even the total to pay. The employees seemed too lazy to speak and bothered by someone coming into their establishment.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been in in my life! I was there the other day and the two girls behind the counter were the rudest people I’ve ever seen! I asked her to make me a sandwich and the girl said I’m going on my break what do you want and I tried to tell her what I wanted and she said I’m waiting. I’m waiting. I’m waiting and I said well. I’m trying to make up my mind! she finally made it and pass it on to the other girl and I told her I had a coupon and she said you’re gonna have to put it under the scanner and I said OK and I scanned it and she said you can’t use this coupon because it’s already expired and I said no it hasn’t it doesn’t expire until May 3 and she said you need to change your attitude and I said excuse me I think you two need to change your attitude. At that point she told me to get out of her store I don’t want you in my store and I left. These two young ladies have no business working in the public and serving people! I will never go back there, and I hope the manager sees us and fires both of them!!

This Subway is the worst subway to go to. We ordered some subs one night and they waited 30 min to cancel our order and when I called the store to ask why the girl that answered was very rude and said they were closing early. We'll they took the money of the debit card and we never got it back. So I reached out to the owner of that subway and he was just as bad as his employees. Was not really willing to help at all. He said he would leave a gift card at the store and we went to go get it and he never left it. I have had nothing but problems with this subway. I don't even k ow how they get any business at all with how they treat their customers.

I was trying to get delivery the app wasnt working right so i called the girl was very rude to me I asked to speak to someone else and she said ok after lying saying she wasnt a supervisor then said she was she told me to hold on then hung up in my face i called back and they let the phone ring how are your employees not knowledgeable about the subway app

I’ve recently been getting my chocolate chip cookies super stale. They’re not soft and chewy like they’re supposed to be- they’re crunchy. This is the second time within a couple weeks basis it’s happened.
