Ordered door dash at 11:45 it is now 1:04 and my dasher has been waiting a long period of time I’m flustered over the fact that it’s taking so long and that the dasher looses money the longer that they have to wait to receive me food

Everyone at this store needs to be fired. Shut it down forever. No one should be getting a dime from this place. Lazy employees who take forever to produce the absolute nastiest food. Just because it’s Taco Bell doesn’t mean employees shouldn’t be able to make a basic burrito.

I wanna give a big recognition to this one employee tonight his name is Chris he has the best customer service I’ve seen in a very, very long time!!!. I ask for a request on my food and he for sure made sure it was exactly how I wanted it . Chris even took the time when he was helping other customers to make sure it was just right when I was dining in. I wanna say thank you to Chris shout out to u !!!!!

There was one person in front of us and it took 10 minutes for them to get their order, and then it took about 30 minutes for us to get our order. The cashier was nice and she felt bad and gave us two coupons for a free taco. I ordered a grande toasted breakfast burrito with bacon and added the creamy jalapeño sauce to it. I opened it up and it had no sauce, 5 potatoes, three pieces of eggs, some cheese and a half pound of bacon bits in it. It was ridiculous! Never going to this location again. Go to the Marion location, they're the best!

I came to location on 1st Ave when I walked in manager was sitting in lobby then got up and went to back of counter I was looking at the menu and asked questions well during my order person walked away did not finish my order the manager was standing there doing nothing then yelled at her employees not ok where customer can hear then I get home my food was not good I ordered 5 discovery boxes the chicken was dry and old in the burritos nachos cheese taco was bare hardly had any thing in it it was about 5:30pm on Thursday the 31st of July the service stinks manager was rude to employees she did not help them and yelling at them solves nothing really bad service I give no stars I will not come back to this location unless a different manager is working

They handed my bag to car in front of me. Customer handed it back. I pulled up they handed to me. I asked if they had just handed to others. NO THAT WAS THEIR ORDER. So I accepted drive away. Reach in bag and my taco is unwrapped. YUCK. NOT HAPPY. GERMS...someone handled my food with ungloved hands cold flu covid Not happy
