Apparently doordash only after 2 am even though the hours are posted otherwise. I understand not wanting to work that late at night but jesus christ. Why even have the open sign on if you're advertising hours and not serving?

Ordered 24 tacos through drive up. They asked me several times if I wanted sauce. I replied yes please, an assortment of hot and mild. They brought the order to my vehicle and I left. When I got home I realized there was No taco sauce and only 2 napkins, for 24 TACOS. The order was for contractors working on house so they had to do without.

Lady with purple hair asked me to pull forward. I went into the parking lot since yall have a small drive way. She comes out with my food and complains on the headset about me pulling in the parking lot, hands me my food without a word and then rolls her eyes at me. Poor customer service

I understand its 1am on a Saturday. I understand that what i ordered means work for you to do. I understand you’re probably tired, from like/work/your problems. But that doesn’t give you the excuse to act like a rude person. You signed up for the job you chose. You knew what you were gonna do when you clocked in. Our order had a couple of mistakes the first time through, but when we went back through the drive-through the staff was polite and quickly fixed everything without any hassle. We did have to park and wait a few minutes for our food, but they brought it out to us with a good attitude. One odd moment was another worker coming out to take back food that had been made wrong, but overall, they handled the situation well.
I appreciate how the team made things right and kept it friendly. Mistakes happen, but good customer service makes all the difference.

It seems to be a normal thing for this store to have rude-for-no-good-reason employees. I placed a mobile order at around 9-9:30pm. Immediately was met with a rude tone when in the drive-thru at the box (where you order). Get to the window, the girl hands us the drinks and says to pull around. One of the drinks was wrong so we got her attention to get that fixed. She takes it from us aggressively, and says “here” in this attitude you’d expect from a kid. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had this sort of experience from this store.
I needed help one night as I had locked my badge, car keys, jacket on the one cold night this summer, phone EVERYTHING inside the Verizon store I was cleaning down the street. I had 0 numbers memorized n n I just walked up on these 2 girls as they were on their break outside. They stood with me, understood my situation, didn't look at me as a that which there's are some creepers out there in that area at night. They let me use one of their phones for like half an hour trying to track down any one with the number I needed for my friend who cleans the other store and also has a badge. I'm my opinion they went above and beyond not just for letting me use their phone outside where I could a run off with it. Also because they were kind and didn't make me feel any more stupid than I already did. I wish I knew there names I do not but there's not many young ppl who are like this anymore. I did however go back at a later time and give em each 5 bucks but a to lot but it's all I had. Then the other day their GM and area managers were in the store while I was there getting food and I made sure to tell them. Well the GM anyways I didn't realize the other lady was who she was told after id said it all. His face was priceless tho it went from concern and irritation that maybe I might be about to complain when he was only there to make sure everyone knew how to stay safe in the storm that night to happy n def proud which he should be he has some amazing employees. Thank you again you literally saved me from being out in the cold all night till the Verizon ppl came in!
