Dont know if Jackie is still the district manager or not but she needs to get her employees at Williams under control. Handing food over the counters without bags not getting the order right three times!! And then arguing with customers because she knows she was in the wrong. Childish. Yall need to be fired your job is not hard

I ordered a Doritos locos tacos combo for a free drink, and they only just rung up one taco and charged me for my drink. I was signed up for rewards and gave them my pink for a free burrito… THEN THEY CHARGED FOR MY BURRITO! I then asked for a dirty Dr Pepper and told them it was just a pump of creamer and they didn’t even put that in there. They also charged me for drink and they also weren’t going to give it to me in the drive thru. I then wanted to get a refund since they messed up my order but they just tried giving me free things and I didn’t want that. All the people that were clicked in on Saturday February 15th, 2025 at 8:30pm, had terrible customer service and I just didn’t feel welcome. After I got my refund they couldn’t out it back on my gift card so I was going to swipe my debit card, but they just handed me cash and the guy angered snatched my food and threw it ALL away. I am so upset and will not be going back!

We went through the drive-thru and received our food, which was fresh and delicious. The young man at the window was polite and had a smile on his face the entire time. Our order was accurate, and the food was hot. My wife had to go inside to grab something we forgot, and she noted that the restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant smell. Overall, this location stands out compared to most Taco Bell restaurants. It had been over a year since our last visit to one, and this experience was surprisingly enjoyable—especially for a fast-food chain.

Worst food I asked my grand daughter were is the goodies that goes inside the tacos? If you are on a diet I sopose it is ok. You pay alot for very little.

The nuggets were awful 2 of the 5 were burnt and so small it was just breading other 3 were dried out you couldn't swallow it. I ordered 3 sauces with it got none.

The worst place to go. Took for ever to get help. Wanted to buy a gift card for $50. A not so nice person finally came to help but did not really want to. Tried to give her a $50 bill for a $50 gift card and she said she would not take a $50 bill and walked away. My advice - stay away.

I went yesterday 11/19/24 to grab some quick lunch. It was not busy at all as it was 1:58pm and past the lunch hour. She took my order politely and someone in the background suggested a change to my order a bit cheaper which I appreciated. I ordered a beef chalupa and a steak chalupa with a drink, it was changed to the 2 Chicken Chalupas and 1 taco meal. When I got to the window I wanted to verify my order had been changed from the chicken to beef and steak and I not knowing she taking an order (I think) I asked about the change. She responded with "What" in a nasty tone and when I asked about the change she responded with "He heard you" again in a nasty get the heck on tone. After I paid she slammed the window shut and there was no Thank You or anything except by me. I always try to keep in my mind maybe a person is just having a bad day but dang that's no reason to be like that to a customer. As of late the service level at this location has gone downhill and I don't think I will be returning in the near future but will instead go to the one on Blairsferry Rd. Things happen that can make day pure crap for someone and I understand that but when in that line of work you can't take it out on the customers. When I spend my money at place I except to atleast to be thanked not have the drive thru window slammed in my face.
