Poor quality in complete order. Very few pieces of steak & potatoes in my burrito. Manager refused to make it right. He said he could only give 2 coupons for free burrito next time. Taco Pizza was a joke! Food was cold. Very upset.

Horrible food ordered soft shell tacos and got a trace of cheese like a table spoon of meat and some lettuce and no iam not exaggerating on portions. Taco John's has gotten cheep. Will never go there again. Don't waste your money here.

General Manager is RUDE and called me a LIAR!!!!My daughter ordered 2 Potato olays and 1 cheese sauce. on website yesterday Conformation said pick up 130pm. She sent me to pick it up. 120pm i get there to pick up. Employee was very nice and told me i wasnt on the computer yet to pick up. He asked for the confirmation number, so he could start it. I didnt have my phone so i went to the car and got it. I texted my daughter and she screen shot the confirmation. I showed the employee and the General Manager my phone and the GM said well it would be 130 and it will be on the screen for us . At this point it was past 130 and still no order. The GM told me that he cant do anything about it. My daughter must have gone onto a fake website or it was a past order, since it wasnt on the app. I asked him is the app and website different, He saId YES. So i texted my daughter to get on app and see if this dude is telling the truth. At this time he never yelled once, but he called me a liar, straight out of his mouth.LIAR,that we did nt make an order. So now im embaressed cause people are looking and wondering whats going on. He then asked me why she ordered 2 potato o lays and just 1 cheese sauce. I was thinking what the hell is this guys problem. He was very rude, he was stand offish and a jerk..The employees in the back and the front was so nice, thoOnly good thing about this experience.Keep the $15 you need it more than i. Wont be back.I wouldnt have this GM run a Lemonade stand if i was corporate.OHhh. Just so you know in the future"GM'. The website and app with the same credentials does work in unison. Because the app has the order there and it said canceled at 150pm. When i left.

What did I expect? It's Taco John's. Waited in drive-thru around 230 pm on a Saturday behind someone who didn't seem to have made a big order.I ordered something for my kidSat there 25 minutes atleast. Cold nasty food. No return ever for this guy. But I don't eat this garbage anyways.

Haven’t had taco John’s in years so we decided to give it a shot. We tried the potato shell tacos wand they were excellent! Staff were super friendly and this place was spotless I will be back!

I would give service 0 stars if possible. The kid at the drive thru was extremely rude. When I asked for dressing for my taco salad he pretty much thru it at me after rolling his eyes and shutting the window. The salad was nothing special and even for fast food: over priced and tasteless. My recommendation skip and try someplace else.
