I had ordered the Bahama Mama on the mobile app to go, figuring I would split it with my daughter before dropping her off at work. To our surprise it was completely frozen lol I called to inquire as to why it was frozen, and was told that because it's a sorbet it needs to be kept Frozen. The amazing manager offered to give me another one at no charge since I'd given my daughter the whole bowl (because we couldn't split it), and, she even thawed it out some for me :-) I absolutely highly recommend this place not only for their service but the bowl was phenomenal!!

Very disappointed today. I ordered from doordash and my smoothie was so bitter i got the acai berry boost which is usually my all time favorite, but as of lately it's been nasty. I did call and explained that it wasn't sweet and just asked if they had new employees to understand better. I just wanted to let them know so they can make sure all their customers will be happy. But the guy I talked to just didn't come off very nice he put in words " sorry it didn't come out to your standards" ... any customer would have the same standards. That guy ruined me ever wanting to go back and that makes me sad.

Recommended dishes: Smoothie and a Wrap

So I decided to go and get a strawberry and banana smoothie with extra banana extra strawberry there was no bananas in it I don't know how anybody can screw up a simple smoothie what two ingredients in it with two people in the restaurant it's the most easiest mix I ever seen to make if you can't mix two ingredients together then you should not be in a smoothie business that's why I haven't gone back probably since they opened 2 years ago.

I failed to remember that it was lunchtime when I placed my online order. They were very busy and I waited five minutes past the quoted pickup time but had to leave before I got my smoothie. (I had an appointment nearby). One of the employees, Max, was very helpful and professional, ensuring that I'd be able to get my order later in the day. I went back and everything was perfect. Thank you!!

To the guy and gal working this morning, thank you! You guys had a massive order and you still were chipper and attentive. Food service is hard but you both maintained professionalism. These two deserve a raise! I came in at open if that helps.

Nice big lobby, no issues with staff. Restroom has dead bugs everywhere on floor and noone could evidently be bothered to put TP in the actual dispenser. The Baja chicken wrap just fell apart when I ate it because it was not rolled right and somehow the avocado was at the way bottom. Daughter got the acai bowl, the acai was so frozen could barely eat it, instead of being a smooth but firm consistency. My recommendation for smoothie option is skip here and go to a different smoothie place in downtown Marion. Their bowls are much better and picture worthy.

sometimes the acai bowl is amazing, a great creamy consistency, made perfectly. however half the time the acai its self is so icy and it’s not enjoyable. every time i order one and it’s icy like that i tell myself im going to stop ordering from here cause it’s a gamble whether it’ll be good or not.

Amazing cafe. This is just like all the others, because after all it is a franchise.

I love that this is locally owned, and I was even able to meet the owner. I had a random error on my transaction and he talked to me and checked to make sure it was all covered.

The whole crew seemed super nice and sweet and social. Many cafes I go to I feel the workers aren’t as accommodating or talkative but this was refreshing. The cafe was really bright and large.

Not to mention my food was delicious and I get this quesadilla every time! But this one was one of the best I have had by far and made really well.
