Girl taking my order left after taking order. Has to ask someone else for my drink. Another customer entered and ordered and received their order before mine. No heat in building and apparently hasn't been for days.
Again, BREAD SUCKS!! Hard as a rock! Not worth the money anymore. I recommend finding a different restaurant to eat at. Spaghetti is watery. Was told to email and the email was bad. This place is a joke! Big scam!

Great place. Nice clean inside. The wife and I stopped in for a late lunch on the way home from a conference. Got the Chicken Alfredo dinner and it was plenty of food to share between the two of us!!! We share a lot of meals, but salad, bread sticks and a FULL plate of pasta. Very nice meal.

Fresh, quick, inexpensive Italian comfort food. The worst thing I would have to say about Via Sofia's and Zio Johno's is that the meat sauce could use more meat. The best thing I could say is that the garlic bread is delicious and the spaghetti always his the spot. Yum.

I have taken visiting family and friends here a lot as it's located close to where I live. I always receive mixed reactions -- the pizza and calzones reliably receive good reviews, and so does the ice cream, but a lot of the other items just aren't as well-liked. They don't really look like they're the same quality either. The non-ice-cream dessert items taste good, but they're all in plastic packaging whether you order in or to-go, and the tiramisu was a little soggy. Oh well.The restaurant itself is cute and usually quite clean, the employees are friendly, and the store offers a discount for local college students. It's not overly pricey to dine here. Overall, the menu/recipes could use a little adjustment, but it's still a solid restaurant.Parking: Small, free parking lot behind the restaurant.
I love the fries, and the ranch but I tried one of those fried mushrooms but they gave our food and waited over 40 minutes felt like the fried mushrooms were redropped - (Center point Rd area)

So apparently because I didn’t tip on a carry out order the lady working behind the counter decided that me waiting in the lobby was offensive to her and started getting rude. I just went and waited in my car instead, the pizza was done and she did bring it out to me and when I thank her she rolls her eyes and walks away without saying a word. What a fun way to ensure I never go back. I didn’t think tipping got so bad to where just taking my order was considered to be a service I pay extra for. Good times.
