This review is specifically regarding the Pick Up service. I've used this service several times because of the "convenience" of it. Everyone I've worked with has been very friendly but I feel this area is grossly understaffed. Each of my orders have been delayed or "on time" but I've sat in the pick up parking spot over 20 minutes for the on time orders. We ordered two cakes for my twin granddaughters birthday. They spelled one name wrong and admitted it was their mistake, and fixed it right away. We ordered were one chocolate, one white. We didn't know until we cut into them that both were white cakes!
