We ordered two cakes for my twin granddaughters birthday. They spelled one name wrong and admitted it was their mistake, and fixed it right away. We ordered were one chocolate, one white. We didn't know until we cut into them that both were white cakes!

Often customer service isn't available at random times. Had to go to other Walmart here there was one person for a line that was way backed up into checkout lines. Better to buy form target or other places. At least I'd you need to return it there are staff that can take your time back!

I ordered a pickup for groceries the night before. I picked a time available to pick up. Never got my order. The time to pick up my order it was not ready and said they was busy. I was to pick up the order between 7pm-8pm. At 7pm got a message the order was not going to be ready. I waited till 8 to call. After being on hold for 20 minutes was told the order would not be ready until the next day. I cancelled the order.

Just bought some things from Walmart, thought I'd use the restroom before I head home. A staff member pulled their cleaning cart in front of me. I ask "is this bathroom closed?" And he responded "it will be I'm cleaning it" I'm appalled by the rude behavior!! Are you serious? Walmart staff is going to be that insanely rude and block me from the bathroom? I understand if it was an urgent reason like the bathrooms were disgusting, but it was early in the morning and I was the only person there about to use it. How embarrassing on Walmart. Other stores have earned my business.

This review is specifically regarding the Pick Up service. I've used this service several times because of the "convenience" of it. Everyone I've worked with has been very friendly but I feel this area is grossly understaffed. Each of my orders have been delayed or "on time" but I've sat in the pick up parking spot over 20 minutes for the on time orders. This is a great service idea that could be really helpful if WalMart could provide the staff to support it. As of right now, I will no longer be using this service as it's more of a hassle than anything.

Price is always incorrect, from shelf to register. Rude employees, and constantly hovering at the self checkout like you are a thief.

Every time I've come here there is always someone standing in the middle of the road right outside the entrance, just standing there and I can't pass. Also every time I've come to develop pictures the printer is either out of paper or ink.. all the employees are rude or can NEVER be found when you need help. Rather drive farther and go to the one on 151.

Never had good service here. My friends were buying two hats and they had them on and we're walking around talking with them on again WITH THE INTENTION TO BUY. An assistant manager then comes up and tells them to take them off, they obliged. He then circles back around and tells them to take it off and he won't have that attitude in *his* store (even though it's not his store what so ever) and tells them to put it back where they found it. They didn't find it in appearance and I haven't been around this Walmart too much because I usually go to Edgewood since they seem to not have a stick up their a** all the time. My friends are trying to explain they don't know originally where they go and he starts to get an attitude. I then step in and try to resolve the conflict because I didn't want any drama and since this Walmart loves to target teenagers and call the cops on them I felt I should step in being the oldest in the group. He tries to interrupt me and I then interrupt him by repeating sir. He then talked down to me and repeated "you really don't know where the hat section is?" I said no because I don't go to this one. He said put it up at the cashiers I said okay, where exactly do you want it? and he walked away through us. Mind you, we weren't being disruptive or anything. They only had the hats on because they liked them and they were making fun of my beanie I had on while other younger teenagers are riding the carts that move and we knew for a fact that they didn't need them. I will avoid this Walmart at all costs, thanks for the overpriced pancake mix and low selections of healthy food though. :)

Bad experience! Only 2 lanes were opened with 3 people in each lane with carts full. This never happens at the store I go to! Get with it Walmart!
