It took me calling 3 times to get ahold of someone and once I did she could not answer any of my questions about ordering a cake for my sons first birthday I asked how long it would take she didnt know and pretty much didnt know if I could have a cake by tomorrow or not so end result was no cake ordered

4/5 for my grocery pick-up experience. My order was ready when promised and I checked in via the app when I arrived at the store. In less than 10 minutes Assistant Manager Mike came out to my car with my order, informed me of the item they couldn't fulfill, loaded my trunk with my groceries, and I was on my way. Mike was super friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy what he was doing. I didn't give the overall experience a full 5-stars because I don't particularly care for where they have the grocery pick-up located in the parking lot. Would come back again (for grocery pick-up only).

Completely unorganized, dirty staff not helpful whatsoever went there on my way to school to get some last minute school supplies for my kids spent a good 40mins there to make sure that I got everything I needed and get in line and that's when they decided to tell everybody CASH ONLY at the only 2 registers open, I wasted my time, when they could of announced it or have the greeters tell customers as they walked in so we are not wasting our time thinking we can use our cards so many people walked out pissed including me. I don't even like going to this location but figured it was morning and on my way.

Hey all you professional drivers. This Walmart is discriminating against truck drivers. They have signs on their lot that says absolutely no trucks in this lot. Go across the street to the target and spend your money. They don't mind if you park in their lot. BOYCOTT WALMART

In April of last year I ended up spending $1024 to repair a brake line they broke while putting on my new tires. Worst part is they didn't even tell me they broke it. They were going to let me drive off with no brakes. I have been warning people ever since. My son just found out the hardware for himself. He had his oil changed and they must have used an impact tool to put the drain plug back in not even Midas could get it out. Now he has to replace the whole oilpan. This store is not only dangerous you will wind up spending a lot just to fix their incompetence and negligence.
Be ready to stand in a long line. Never any registers open and cashiers are almost always rude.

Walmart seems to be good at making money by exploiting people that are trying to save money. I've never seen the store with so many staff but such poor customer service. They just don't seem to care to get people out the door with their purchases in any reasonable amount of time. I went there late at night around 11 and this is typical of what I've seen in the past at Walmart. They'll have 10 self checkout registers but only one working a line of 30 people waiting while their ice cream melts. Most of the staff are stalking but they tend to be out of so much. They just really don't care about customer service. I guess they just figure they have enough people little deal with their nonsense to make enough purchases to keep the money coming in and that's all that matters.

This is the rudest unprofessional store ever! The door greeter "Jose" stands at the door being rude to most of the customers. I have seen him watch customers get attacked by other customers and he just stands there watching like it is paid preview. I have also witnessed him standing there picking his nose and wiping it on the counters of subway. Doesn't wash his hands doesn't use a wipe and then touches customers. He is just gross. I have also witnesses deli workers going into the restrooms with apron on and gloves on. Don't wash their hands after using the restroom. Don't take off the gloves, nothing. Just goes back to work cooking chicken, cutting meat and cheese, and serving up hot meals. Yummy! Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I tried to talk to the manager. He acted like I was bothering him with these issues. I called the health department about what I have seen. I will never go back and if I do it will be to call the police to "Jose" that like to verbally abuse customers. He needs to get a taste of his own medicine. I will be calling corporate office but I don't expect they will do much about the problems at their stores. They think they don't care about loosing customers or anything. They act like there isn't anywhere else to shop. Hate to tell you Walmart but I have been finding way better deals at fareway and HyVee then anything you can come up with.

Where do you start with this WalMart? Its scary here! And im not easily intimidated. Not only must you fear some of the people that work and shop here, you must also worry about purchasing something expired or spoiled, or damaged. On some days stepping on a poopy diaper. (Yes, that almost happened) There is however always something interesting to see here. I have dealt with some decent employees here, but I would say your chances are 50/50, at best. The bathrooms smell of rotten genitals and the appearance matches. The lines are long. Its difficult to find someone for help and usually when you do find them, theyre clueless on how to help you. Latey many items I go here for are sold out or not stocked. Isnt this a "super center"? I think Im done with WalMart. Those prices arent rolling back far enough to keep me coming back anymore. I will pay a tad more and shop anywhere else. I would like to add: How is this WalMart allowed to still sell fish!?!?!?! Those poor creatures. The aquarium area has had half dead fish in nasty water on display for at least 10 years now. Disgusting and cruel!

this Wal-Mart is the worst one you could ever go to! I went into the women's restroom and there was a very strange man wearing a yellow cape doing weird things! I had to us the men's bathroom it creeped me out so much! when I went to the men's there was s*** all over the toilet this is a weird Wal-Mart please don't go there! go home!!!
