My husband and I decided to have a meal in the Centerville Iowa McDonald's in the evening. We went through drive through and a young man by the name of Levi Jones helped us! The timing was on point, food tasted great, no complaints, but really the best part was Levi he has a star quality for customer service! There needs to be more Levi's working in food industry. Great job!
Multiple issues. The large french fries were half empty and not because it was so full they spilled. Not a single fry spilled out because there were so few. Asked for extra pickles and only received 2(why does the App let you customize if they NEVER follow through with extra). Order Big Mac sauces x3 and paid for them but did not receive them.
