BIT Brewery Reviews
We love this place. Amazing beers and ciders; Scott is always experimenting plus there are typically several favorites on the menu. I love the balance of his beers. Excellent pizzas, too; Jason has come up with some really fun topping combos. These guys regularly schedule local performers, host the Trivial Dudes trivia and music bingo games and more. The space is very comfortable and decor is very impressive for a town the size of Central City. And finally, the owners and employees...read full review
BIT has amazing food and frequently changes things up to keep it interesting—while still keeping their staple favorites (thankfully!). They’re always rolling out new beers, but also keep their classics around for the true connoisseurs.
The live entertainment and events are such a needed addition to the area—there really is something for everyone. The space is always clean, and the staff is genuinely so sweet. A great place to hang out, whether you’re a regular or...read full review
I am 78 years old. Up until a couple of years ago, I used to laugh at the whole "craft beer" thing over my can of Miller High Life. Not anymore. Now, in the immortal words of The Monkees, "I'm a believer!," thanks to Scott and Jason.

BIT Brewery offers a nice variety of beers, with a few really interesting and very good options, though some beers are hit and miss. The pizza is described as legitimately very good, with great flavors and preparation, especially the Iowa pizza which some call the best they’ve ever had. The service is fast and friendly, and the overall atmosphere is cool with a great small-town vibe, sometimes featuring live music. Customers recommend trying the shrimp scampi pizza and buffalo chicken mac and cheese pizza, along with the excellent selection of solid beers, brewed in small batches. The brewery has a warm, inviting environment blending small-town charm with Chicago vibes. They brew their own drinks and always have a stout on tap, even during summer. The wood-fired oven adds to the great smell of fresh baked pizza, though gluten-free options are limited to tater tots. Service can be slow at times but remains friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for families or individuals who want to enjoy good food and conversation.
