The owner, Stacy is always there making food and serving drinks. She is attentive, delightful, and loves to have a laugh, giving credence to her establishment's name. It's wonderful having a place I can go where as soon as I walk in they know exactly what I want to drink. Stacy picks quality ingredients (which like any restaurant is subject to the suppliers giving her what she asks for), is exceedingly consistent, never messes up my order, and serves huge portions at a minimal cost. I honestly feel she is undercharging, but she is proud of the fact that she hasn't changed the prices for many years, so I find that admirable. I highly recommend this place. Two thumbs up.”

“Having never before stopped here to eat thought Id try my luck. On my way to the Quad cities today as the weather finally cooperated and allowed me to venture outside the bubble so to speak. I usually travel this way from Cedar Rapids by state highway 38 to I 80 through Tipton if possible. Makes for a nice trip. Anyway, stopped at the Hardee's. Not that busy upon my arrival around 2pm. Quick to place my order and my food was made and presented to me. It was delicious. It was presented nicely too. Restaurant was clean with no food debris on the floor. Staff was professional and courteous. Parking lot spacious and ice/snow removed. If you're traveling this direction please stop and enjoy the food at this Hardee's. Across the street from a grocery store. Very near downtown Tipton. In my opinion this restaurant is worth stopping for. Prices are reasonable. Portions are surprising.”
