“Best chicken around, period. Love the hometown feel. Last visit took wifey, we both had bacon double cheeseburgers fries. They were delicious and a friendly price. Meat locally sourced. Appetizers were really good and again, great prices. My new go to spot.“

“4 of us visited around 12:30pm. It was quite busy at that time. We sat way towards the back of restaurant. Our server took our drink and food orders right away. From our table we could see the action in the kitchen. Again, it was very busy, and I believe it was just the 1 woman working the grill. And she was constantly at work. Thankfully we were in absolutely no rush, because it took a long, long, long, time to get our food. And then there was a problem with one of our burgers not included with the group order. The cook came out and told us about that. Seriously, a non issue for us today. We had ordered onion rings, but got French fries. I did not mention the fact to our server, and just enjoyed the yummy fries. I was not charged for onion rings. With all that said, we had a very nice visit, and the food was delicious. There are plenty of other yummy sounding offerings on the menu.“

“Best little cocktail bar with a great staff, TouchTunes jukebox and newly remodeled interior. Friendly locals who like to have fun…super warm and welcoming place!!! Limited menu but the food was delicious and homemade when we popped in!!!“

“TJ's bar and Grill in Greene Iowa is a nice clean little place. They have Booth seating and bar seating. Pretty decent variety on their menu, bar basics. If you're looking for a burger or any kind of fried food stop in. They also have decent price drinks.“

“Giving the restaurant at least 2 and sometimes 3 tries. Their hamburgers are really good. 1st time there, they were packed so service was slow. 2 nd time was carry out. Not bad but I still had to wait. 3rd time would have gotten 5 stars. 4th time.. well.. not so much. Medium rare steak was orders and rare, very rare is what I got. Potato wasn't perfect but- baked. Their slaw is really good as are their onion rings and french fries. Will be going back to try their fish fry.“
