Fairly typical Arby's visit. Ham and Cheese was a good deal and served hot. Pricing for soft drink seemed a little high compared to competition. Service was pretty good. Bathrooms could have used attention.
The server was very nice and it didn’t take long to get my food. The chicken nuggets were great, as usual. It was the deluxe burger that was the issue. The burger meat was overcooked and tough. The lettuce was mostly brown (yuk!). The sauce was all over the wrapper, making it a mess to eat. I only took 2 bites then tossed it out. Worst burger I’ve ever had.
Stopped in for lunch, the cashier at the front was very helpful and respectful. I had asked her if I could have the double bacon cheeseburger but substitute the original bacon with the brown sugar bacon. She had gotten my order correct. The only issue I had was my order took quite a bit longer than I expected. My father had gotten to sandwiches and got his order within 8 mins of ordering, mine took 17 mins and he was done eating by the time I started mine. Other than that issue,...
