As a veggie-only person I was initially a little concerned on the menu, but I soon found the veggie burrito and told them to hold off on the cheese. I was pleasantly surprised when this large burrito showed up with tons of different veggies inside...mushrooms, onions, carrots, potatoes, zucchini, and bell peppers, I think. Wow! I came from mnlps for work. Your menu is to much for local populatio. For example, i tried menudo. It wasnt the best and i dont blame you. How can you keep a tripe soup happy without cuatomers. Keep it simple and it'll be a great place for the locals or travelers. Wishing you the best and I will be back!
