“We stopped at this Wendy's again as it was requested by our son. After the last experience being 6 years ago (see below) I hoped it had improved. To our pleasant surprise it has improved greatly. The building has been updated and is very spacious. The ordering had kiosk option or counter and the staff was friendly. A complete 180 from before. The food was tasty and warm. The fries at Wendy's are my preferred fast food option. Very glad we stopped here and gave it another shot. Thank you for the pleasant road trip meal.

Stood at the front counter for a few minutes and no one even acknowledged us. No eye contact or "we'll be with you soon". Even walking to the frosty machine they did nothing. Worst service my wife or I have gotten at a fast food restaurant. Culver's is just 200 feet to the east and that would be my suggestion for quick food in Clear Lake.“

“The night shift staff are awesome kind and they are very helpful wonderful attitudes great job on service 👏 I am a truck driver came in late and whole day was just going wrong lol this wonderful staff made it right thanks so much for fixing my mcflurry 😀 great job on making my lattes“

“They know how to treat customers! We were there recently near closing time and were still eating well after closing. We never felt like we were being rushed to leave as you would in many places. Someone was sweeping up, but he made sure he wasn't near our table. A pet peeve of mine is staff sweeping next to our table while we are eating. Our server took very good care of us with a smile on his face. The food was very good and the portions were large.“

We always come here for our date night away from the babies that we love so much but while we're there all we can think about is our kids because we love them so much.
so we only take one hour out because it's all we can handle.
