There's a worker named maria I went there and ordered she was so rude and disrespectful she practically threw my food and money at me and slammed the drive threw window she needs to get fired and coorpreate ain't much better I recccomend not to eat at any arbys at all

I had ordered a Chicken Sandwich meal. When eating the chicken sandwich, I noticed it tasted a little slimy and strange. Come to find out, the chicken was not thoroughly cooked properly and what I was tasting was raw chicken. It was so raw, it actually had a pink color to it. Will never eat at another Arby's again.

I understand that no one is perfect but how hard is it to read a receipt? Receipt had the correct order. The only thing they got right was the chicken nuggets otherwise they messed up 3 drinks and 2 meals. You can't expect people to come back to your store if time and time again their orders are wrong.

The tables were dirty. My family of 4 were the only ones there and after we got our food and found a clean table all the employees there went out and smoked all 3 of them. I didn't see a single person pick up a wet sanitized rag to clean tables or even grab a broom when they came back in they all stood there

Everything was great, food was still warm even after driving home which was like a 10 min drive. Drive thru guy was really nice and when asked about the price of my order he was able to help with an answer.

The food is good. However old fries and the eye roll from the young man behind the counter are not . I get it, the younger generation has a phone addiction, but work is work and if people like us did not come in or drive through to eat they would not get paid.

Waited at front counter 5 minutes and finally yelled to the back to see if they were open. Condiment dispensers were empty. Crew seemed more interested in socializing with each other than actually working.
Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Not an alarming amount of people in the dining area. I LOVE the turkey ranch bacon market fresh sandwich and the jalapeno poppers with bronco Berry. Those are the bomb!!!

I've gone to this place several times but this will be my LAST visit.The girl taking my order was very rude. Her first words were "welcome to Arby's what do you want?" Then throughout the process of my ordering, as I was reading it off of a paper, she kept "okay and?" And when I ended with "and I lastly id like ____ please" she came back with a very agitated "is that it?" Her tome just screamed she didn't want to be there.And then, after paying over 50 dollars and getting home.Our order was not only incorrect but the food was terrible.We were charged for and received 2 orders of a #3 meal (only had ordered one) but we only had one drink for the meal. The sandwiches were supposed to come with au jus sauce but there was barely enough in the container to cover the bottom.The beef and cheddar sandwiches were all cold. And lacking cheese.We were supposed to have 3 orders of curly fries and 1 crinkle fry-no. We had 5 orders of curly fries, one of which had an enormous blonde hair in it.We had a kids meal. Apparently they felt it was okay to give us just 2 chicken nuggest in it. I suppose they felt they made up for it by giving us the extra fries? Which they also charged us for...I thought about going back but honestly I wouldn't have been able to stay very friendly if I had and didn't want the confrontation with an employee who was already being rude.Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Staff was very polite, and while I realize that it was the lunch hour when I stopped, the food was cold. I don't often have enough to spare to buy lunch while working. The French Dip was lukewarm, the bread cold. The menu picture shows what I assumed to be marinara sauce to go with the cheese sticks. Didn't get any. Asked for crinkle fries, which were at best, warm. Not fresh or hot and had almost as many over cooked end pieces from the curly fries. For the $15+ I spent, I was saddened by the product. Didn't finish the fries because, as I said, they weren't all that warm. On a cold day as today, a hot meal is what I wanted. I could have grabbed a cold sandwich from Kum N Go for half the price. Nice staff...
