The coffee was good, I did not eat anything. They were very kind when helping me pick a coffee to get. Service wise I give them 5 stars. Coffee tastes fresh! And atmosphere was calming!
I ordered a customized sandwich and received a standard instead. I didn’t say anything because it was an easy fix or issue to ignore- no biggie but the manager saw me picking bacon out and quickly made the correct sandwich unprompted. Great service!
The staff was very friendly. I haven’t had a bagel from Brueggers since 2022. It was great having the western sandwich and the exceptional service from you all. Keep up the good work and shout out to the manager for his wonderful team on 04/06/25!
